Only you can see the Reports of your Programmes as they will always remain confidential and private unless you choose or agree to share.

You can, whenever you choose or agree to, share any of your Reports including any Programme Reports. This simply involves choosing the Report you want to share and clicking “share”. You can then enter the recipient’s name and email address and click “send”.

There can be great value in choosing or agreeing to share your Reports as it does offer others some insight into you thinking, your development and your progress; it may also inspire some new thinking in others.

However, until you choose or agree to share your Reports, they will always remain confidential and private for your use only.

Even if you are a Team Member or Employee on a Company CoachPro Account, your Account Manager on CoachPro cannot access or view any of your Reports unless you choose or agree to share them.

Repeating an Assessment or a Programme provides you with a direct comparison with how you score yourself today and how you scored yourself before.

Your Self-Assessment Scores are calculated from the 1-10 ratings you have provided in response to the question sets within your Assessment. These scores are calculated and averaged into the specific aspects or elements being assessed in the topic you have chosen in addition to providing an overall score.

For example, the Assessment on the topic of “Resilience” will assess the elements that contribute to your level of resilience, namely:

  • Self-Confidence
  • Social Support
  • Adaptability
  • Purposefulness

This score should be honest and not over-thought, however in any Assessment there are always marginal factors such as how you are feeling at that moment, your interpretation of the question, your current mindset or level of energy and confidence etc.

The 360-Assessment Scores you receive are calculated on how your selected Contributors have rated you from 1-10 in each question set of the Assessment. Their scores are then segmented into the groups you have placed them in. (boss, friends, colleagues, customers etc). Their scores should be accepted and not overly thought as with any feedback there will always be marginal factors such as how they were feeling at that moment, how confident they were in rating you, how up to date or recent their rating can be, their selected memory, their interpretation of the question, how knowledgeable they believe they are to rate you on a topic etc.
