CoachPro offers choice of plans to meet your needs.  The plan you choose will determine the duration of your access, and the frequency of your subscription payments.

With all of our plans, you can have unlimited access to CoachPro on all your favourite devices.

You can Cancel your CoahPro Subscription at any time.

As a CoachPro member, you are charged once a month, or once a year depending on your chosen plan.

Payment is due after the 7 days of your free trial expires from the date you signed up.

You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Profile: Subscription

How to restart your CoachPro account2021-03-09T14:01:43+00:00

Restart your CoachPro Account by signing in to app.coachpro.online and selecting Subscription from your profile.

NOTE:

If you need to reset your password, you will be redirected to your Account page where you will select Subscription.

  • If your CoachPro Account is inactive, you’ll be asked to restart your membership once you sign in to CoachPro. Your billing date will change to the date you restart your membership.
  • If your account is active, you can retain your status by selecting the Restart Your Membershiplink on your Profile page. Your billing date will not change.
  • If you would like to use a different payment method, please review our available payment options.

If you want to make sure that no one can restart your CoachPro Account without your permission, we recommend that you change your password after cancelling your membership, and sign out any devices where your account may still be signed in.

 

Can I rejoin if I cancel my CoachPro Account?2021-03-09T13:59:46+00:00

Definitely! We’d love to have you back, so whenever you’re ready, just restart your CoachPro Account from your Profile page. If you do so within a 12-month period, all your previous data will be there for you. If you rejoin after more than 12 months, your previous data will have been removed from the CoachPro System.

If I cancel my CoachPro Account, will I be charged?2021-03-09T13:59:19+00:00

You will not see any more membership charges unless you restart your account. If you cancel with time left in your billing period, we’ll let you access your content until the account cancels automatically.

Will I have to start all over if I restart my CoachPro account?2021-03-09T13:58:56+00:00

We’ll keep your Self-Development content for 12 months after your account closes, so if you decide to come back during that time, you can pick up right where you left off.

Your sessions, assessments, programmes, models and account details will also be saved for 12 months.

What happens if I cancel my CoachPro subscription early?2021-03-09T13:58:34+00:00

If you cancel early, you can continue to access CoachPro until your account automatically closes at the end of your current billing period — even if you’re on a free trial. You will not be charged again unless you restart your account.

To see when your account will close, click the Subscriptions link on your Profile page.

If you do not see the cancellation option in your account, this will be because;

  • You are on a Company account, so you will need to cancel the account with your Company Account Manager. In this instance, please notify your Company Account manager directly.
  • Your account has already been cancelled and will expire on the date shown on your Profile -> Subscription Screen

We would really not want to see you go, but you can Cancel your Account at any time. If you do need to cancel your account and end your membership, all you do is the following:

  • Profile: Subscriptions: select the Cancel Membership button on your Profile

NOTE: These are the only methods to cancel your account and end your membership. Signing out of your account or deleting the CoachPro app does not cancel your account.

Billing and Payments

Price is higher than expected

There are two reasons you may be seeing a charge that is more than you expected.

  • Taxes– Depending on where you live, you may be charged taxes in addition to your subscription price.
  • Fees– In some countries, card companies may charge an extra fee for cross-border transactions. Some countries may change the currency to USD even though we charge in local currency.

Charged earlier than expected

If your billing date is scheduled for a day that does not occur in a given month (such as the 31st), you’ll be billed on the last day of that month instead.

If you recently changed your billing date and within the same month there is a price change or you upgrade your plan, you could be charged earlier than expected.

Multiple or unauthorized charges

As a CoachPro Member, you are charged once a month on the date you signed up.

When you start your CoachPro Account or change your payment method, you may see an authorization request that appears as a pending transaction on your statement. Authorizations are not charges but they may affect your available balance until your bank releases the funds in a few days.

  • If the authorization request consumed the available balance on your account, then we will be unable to process the CoachPro subscription charge. If this happens, you will need to add funds to your account or use a different payment method.
CoachPro Account cancelled unexpectedly2021-03-09T14:18:09+00:00

If you are accessing CoachPro as an employee on a Company CoachPro Account, your account could be cancelled for a number of reasons.

  • There is an issue with the payment from your Company Account Manager.
    • Please notify your Company Account Manager to ensure that they are aware.
  • If you can’t rejoin through your Company or Employer, you can rejoin on coachpro.online and add a different payment method.
  • If you cancelled your package, sign in to your CoachPro Account and add a new payment method.

If there is a problem with your payment method, here are some of the most common causes with suggestions to resolve the issue.

Your payment methods in PalPal are out of date

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
  5. Click on CoachPro
  6. Click on Change in the Payment Method section.
  7. Select the payment method you’d like to use.

Not enough funds

PayPal subscriptions automatically try again 5 days after a failed attempt. If you would prefer to use a different payment method, please use the instructions above to update your PayPal account.

Your payments and payment information is handled by our payment provider PayPal. When you sign up for an account you have the option to setup a PayPal account to manage your subscriptions. To update your payment details please follow PayPal’s instructions here.

Alternatively if you didn’t setup your PayPal account when subscribing you can cancel your account and then renew your subscription with your new details.

Understand your billing date2021-03-09T14:07:31+00:00

As a CoachPro member, you are automatically charged once a month after your free 7 days free trial from the date you signed up. Your CoachPro subscription is charged at the beginning of your billing cycle and can take several days to appear on your account.

If your billing date is scheduled for a day that does not occur in every month (for example, the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead.

If your billing date is yearly for a day that does not occur (the 29th February) you will be billed on the last day of that month instead.

NOTE:

If you are an employee on a Company Account your subscription to CoachPro will be paid for by your Company Account Manager.
