Q: Is the access to all new features and content automatic?

As the Account Manager you will be notified of all new features and content in advance of their release. Access to all new features and content is automatic.

Q: How do I recommend or request specific content or features to be developed?

We are always delighted to receive recommendations and requests for new content and features for CoachPro. Please email these to content@coachpro.online or contact your CoachPro Account Manager.

Q: What new features and content are being looked at?

New features being developed for CoachPro 22 include Self-Development Organising Tools and Integrated Diary System in addition to new coaching models, sessions, assessments, programmes and podcasts.

Q: Who gets to see the Employees’ Reports?

Employees have sole access to their Reports so that the process retains confidentiality, integrity and honesty. At any time however, an Employee can decide to “share” their Report to demonstrate their activity, progress or achievement, or in response to a request from their Account Manager.

Q: What are Employees asked to do with their Reports?

Employees are encouraged to use their Reports for insights into their personal performance, strengths and areas of development opportunity. The Reports enable Employees to identify, track and understand themselves and development topics better so that their self-awareness, self-confidence, self-management and self-determination increase.
