This provides you with flexible solutions that can work around your schedule and available time, that reflect the depth or complexity of your situation or goal, and whether you need to complete the session in one visit.
You can choose to complete a Coach16™ Session on a topic or Goal of your choice which consists of a set of 16 questions that will give you an in-depth coaching experience with more detailed output. Depending on the length and detail of your answers, these sessions will typically range from 10-25 minutes to complete. These sessions are great for developing the bigger, long-term, more strategic goals and situations you want to work on.
You also have the option to complete a QuickCoach™ Session which consists of just 4 questions to quickly sharpen your focus, clarify your thinking, and reconnect with your goals. Depending on the length and detail of your answers here, these sessions can range from taking as little as 2-10 minutes to complete. These sessions are great for those daily, short-term, immediate, more operational goals and situations you want to nail.
