Setting Up Team Members & Employees

  • Sign into your Company CoachPro Account:
  • Select “My Company Profile” from your menu
  • Select “Employees” in Company Information
  • Go to “Upload New Employees”
  • Upload individually by entering their name and email address.
  • Upload in bulk by following the instructions on how to download the xls.csv file from CoachPro, input your employee details as set out, and “Upload File”

Each Team Member or Employee will automatically receive an email with a secure link to their CoachPro Account and joining instructions.
