If there is a problem with your payment method, here are some of the most common causes with suggestions to resolve the issue.

Your payment methods in PalPal are out of date

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
  5. Click on CoachPro
  6. Click on Change in the Payment Method section.
  7. Select the payment method you’d like to use.

Not enough funds

PayPal subscriptions automatically try again 5 days after a failed attempt. If you would prefer to use a different payment method, please use the instructions above to update your PayPal account.
