The questions in every Self-Coaching Session on CoachPro are designed and structured in a way to develop your thinking, ideas, clarity, motivation and motivation to act on achieving your goals. You do though have some flexibility and control over these questions to ensure that you have a self-coaching session that is responsive and relevant.

If at any stage however you are given a question that doesn’t quite work for you, or doesn’t quite go with the flow of your thinking, or doesn’t quite make sense to you, or that you just don’t like or you want to consider an alternative, then you can click on “Change Question” to get a new version.

Some questions might stop you in your tracks, or immediately get you to think differently, or cause you to pause or reflect, and these can be really valuable, but there is no need to get stuck when you can click on “Change Question”.
