What Should I Use CoachPro For?

CoachPro is fantastic for a wide range of situations, opportunities or areas of development.  We have though focused the content on these headline areas to offer some suggestions:

Can I Have a Branded Version of CoachPro for My Employees or Clients?

Yes, if you are an Organisation that has a minimum of 50 named employees registered on your CoachPro Company Account, then you can have the CoachPro site branded as your own.  All we would then need is your desired logo, and you are good to go!

How Do I Set Up A Company Account?

Simple steps.  Email CoachPro at sales@coachpro.online and we will provide you with a short pro-forma to complete.

What Information is Required to Set up a Company Account?

Only basic information is required;

  • Your Company Details (name, address, point of contact etc.)
  • Your Named Employee Details (first name, second name, email address)
What Languages are Available in CoachPro?

At present, the language on CoachPro is restricted to English.  We have plans in the pipeline to develop this furher…..

How Much Does It Cost?

This should be good news.  We don’t charge you a membership fee.  We don’t charge you a monthly subscription.  And we don’t ask you to pay for an annual licence.  We also give you a range of FREE and unlimited coaching resources and tools, including the CoachPro Coach16 self-coaching sessions.

This should also be good news.  What you do pay for, are the Coaching Models and Assessments that you choose to purchase.  There is a wide selection of these and we believe that we offer you, by some distance, the most cost-effective options anywhere for content of this quality and impact!

How Do I Pay for Content?

This is cool. You buy credits, and then redeem those credits against the Coaching Models and Assessments that you choose to purchase.

Why Does CoachPro Operate a “Credits” based Purchase System?

This is a good thing for you.  As the number of Individuals, Organisations and Coaches on CoachPro increases, we are able to incentivise, reward and deposit additional “Credits” into your CoachPro Account.  This starts, the moment that you register!

Does CoachPro Work Well on Mobile Devices?

CoachPro has been technically designed to provide you with a fantastic user experience on mobile, or on a desktop.  Enjoy on the move, or when you are sitting comfortably!

How Do I Set Up My Account?

Setting up an Individual Account is quick and easy.  Click “Register” and provide your basic contact details.  Then you are good to go! (And by then, we will already have put some FREE credits into your account)

How Do I Edit or Update My Account Details?

This might not happen very often, but when it does, you want this to be simple; it is.  Click “Update/Edit” on your Profile page and make the necessary changes.  Job done!

How Do I Make Purchases?

This is cool. You buy credits on your Profile Page, and then redeem those credits against the Coaching Models and Assessments that you choose to purchase.

What Do I Get for FREE?

This always feels good.  You get a range of things for free on CoachPro; from the CoachPro Coach16 Self-Coaching Sessions, to a selection of coaching models, tools and profiling concepts.  We also give you free credits the moment you register!

Is There a Monthly Subscription, Membership Fee, Limited Contract or Annual Licence Involved?

This is not how we work.  You get all the FREE stuff for free, then you purchase whatever you want, as and when you want to.  There are no minimum charges or contract limits; there are no additional charges or expensive packages or bundles.  You buy what you want, when you want.

How Do I Upload Named Employees’ Details to My Company Account?

This is straight forward.  You only have to send an excel spreadsheet to company@coachpro.online with the list of named employees, and we will set up each one onto your Company Account.

What Details Do I Need to Provide to Set Up My Company Account?

Only basic information is required;

  • Your Company Details (name, address, point of contact etc.)
  • Your Named Employee Details (first name, second name, email address)

How Do I Purchase Content?

This is cool. You buy credits, and then redeem those credits against the Coaching Models and Assessments that you choose to purchase.

How Do I Pay for Credits?

All credit card or PayPal payments are accepted.

Does CoachPro retain my Credit Card or Payment Details?

No, we do not retain your payment details beyond each purchase.

Do I need to have an active PayPal Account to buy Content?

CoachPro accepts all credit card payments.

Can I Upload My Own Content?

That is not possible.  The content on CoachPro has been curated for, and integrated into, the CoachPro Smart System to support all users to find specific and relevant models and assessments.

How Long Do I Have Access to the Content I Have Purchased?

You’ll like this.  Once you have purchased content on CoachPro you have unlimited access to that Content for as long as you have a CoachPro Account.

How Do I Find the Content That I have Purchased?

With enthusiasm.  You will find your Purchased content in two places; firstly in your “Purchased Content” file on your Profile Page, and secondly when you are looking at the Models and Assessments in any specific Section.

How Do I View a Model That I Have Purchased?

Often.  All Your Purchased Models have a “View” Button.  Just click, and you are good to go!

Can I Share the Models that I Have Purchased?

Your Purchased Models will sit in your secure and password protected CoachPro Account, so it is not possible to share or forward these.  It is possible however to recommend them to others!

How Much Do the Models and Assessments Cost?

At CoachPro, we use credits.  The cost for each Model is listed in Credits, and this may vary depending on how complex the Model is, but not by much.  The number of credits for Assessments may vary also, and depends on whether you want a Self-Assessment or a full 360 Assessment, but again, not by much.  The number of credits required for all content is listed individually.

Once I Purchase Content, Do I Own It?

In a way, yes. All the Content that you Purchase remains available to you in your CoachPro Account for as long as you have an Account.  The Content however will remain the property of CoachPro.

How Do I Purchase Models?

This is quick and easy.  Once you have selected a Model to Purchase, click on “Purchase” and that Model becomes available for you to “View”.  The relevant number of credits will then be taken from your CoachPro Account.

How Do I Select a Model to Purchase?

With reason.

You might:
·         Search by topic that you want to focus on
·         Look at specific areas on your Development Roadmap
·         Use the Feedback from 360 Assessments
·         Use the CoachPro Recommendations or Suggested Links
·         Start, Build, or Complete a Section in Your Individual Collection

Are The Models Automatically Chosen for Me?

You are free to plot your own development, however to support you we will offer suggested Models based upon your previous selections, activity, assessment results or topic searches.

Can I Print Off The Coaching Models?

As short videos, the Coaching Models are not suitable for printing off.

What Languages are the Models Available in?

All Coaching Models are currently available in English.  We do have plans in the pipeline to extend this in the future.

How Long Does Each Model Last?

These are short, sharp and concise videos lasting between 4 – 7 minutes in total.  Ideal for repeated viewing for deeper understanding!

What Does a Model Look Like?

These are cool.  Each Model is a short, sharp, concise video focused on the specific topic or skill that you have selected.

What Do I Get When I Purchase a Model?

The full picture.  Each Model is presented in a short, sharp, concise video on the specific topic or skill that you have selected covering:

How Does Each Model Play?

Can I Customise the Assessment Questions?

This is not possible for good reason. The Questions in each Assessment have been designed to provide assessments that are integrated into the CoachPro Smart System.  This ensures that your assessment reports can then be developed and supported.

How Many Assessments Can I, or Should I Use?

You can use all the Assessments that you want to.  However, our recommendation is that you do one at a time, and work each one through completely in terms of using the results to set out your development priorities.  Assessment is good for directing your efforts and action!

What Do I Do With The Assessment Results?

Use Them With Consideration.  CoachPro offers suggested and recommended content in response to your Assessment Results so that you can optimise on your key strengths and work upon any areas that need development.

Can I Share My Assessment Results?

Yes you can, if you wish.  Your assessment Report is available to download as a pdf.

Can Other People See or Access My Assessment Results?

Only if you choose to share.  All Your Assessment Results remain in your secure and password protected CoachPro Account. However you can download your Assessment Reports as a pdf for sharing.

How Do I Choose Contributors To Any 360 Assessments I Use?

By Relevance.  It is always best to select Contributors who are in a position to offer meaningful feedback and ratings.  They should know you well enough, and in the context of the topic and purpose of the Assessment.

What is a Self-Assessment?

It’s about how you see yourself.  You are asked a number of questions about yourself relating to the topic of the Assessment you have selected, to which you give yourself a rating.  This helps develop your self-awareness as to where your perceived strengths and areas for development sit.

What is a 360 Assessment?

It’s about how you are seen in the eyes of others compared to how you see yourself.  In addition to giving yourself a rating, you are able to invite contributors to offer their feedback on you in relation to the topic of the assessment you have selected.  This develops your self-awareness, and the awareness of how others see you as to where your perceived strengths and areas for development sit.

Where Are All My Completed Assessments Stored?

Safely and Securely in Your Individual CoachPro Account.  Click on “Assessments” on your Profile Page to view.

Can I Stop an Assessment and Return to it Later?

You can, if you have to.  It is recommended however, that you try and complete each Assessment in one visit so that your responses are consistent.  Distractions can happen, however each Assessment has been designed to be completed within 16 minutes.

What is Included in My Self-Assessment Report?

Extremely Valuable Data.  You will get a summary view of how you assess yourself across your chosen topic of assessment, then this information will be broken down for you into the specific areas within this topic, and then you will see how you rate in each individual behaviour that contributes to this topic.  And to ensure that you get most value from your self-assessment, CoachPro then gives you some guidance and recommendations on how best to develop your key areas of opportunity, and those areas that you may want to strengthen further.

What is included in My 360 Assessment Report?

Loads of insightful data. You will get a summary view of how you assess yourself, compared to how your contributors have assessed you, across your chosen topic of assessment.  You can also separate out each group of Contributor for a more specific comparison.  This is really helpful.

This summary information is then broken down into the specific areas within this topic, and again you will see how you have rated yourself compared to how others have.  Your Assessment Report then goes further into the specific behaviours that contribute to this topic.

And to ensure that you get most value from your self-assessment, CoachPro then gives you some guidance and recommendations on how best to develop your key areas of opportunity, and those areas that you may want to strengthen further.

Are My Contributors’ Comments and Feedback Kept Anonymous?

They are, and this is for the best.  Anonymous feedback can be considered as being most genuine, frank and honest, so please resist the temptation to try and work out who said what.  The value is in considering the range of feedback so that you can decide upon areas of valuable development.

Is There Coaching Support with My Assessments?

CoachPro will offer guidance, recommendations and suggestions on where you should go next in relation to your Assessment Report in terms of maximising opportunities and strengthening some key areas that links you to specific content to self-coach.

You can also take your Assessment Report to a Coach directly and use this as the basis for the work that you do together.

What Happens to My Data?

It stays with us, and we keep it secure on your behalf.  All your content, models, self-coaching sessions, assessments and personal details are securely stored at CoachPro so as to protect confidentiality.  We at CoachPro cannot access your Account unless you give us specific authority to deal with any technical issues for instance.  No-one else has access, so if you choose to share any Reports or Assessments, you will have to download and share those specific files.

CoachPro will not share your data with any third party.

What Level of Security Can I Expect?

Complete.  Your Account is Secure and Password Protected.

Can I Print Off My Assessment Reports?

Yes you can.  Just follow the instructions once you have completed your chosen Assessment.

How Do I Set Up An Assessment?

Easy Steps.

Once you have selected the topic of your Assessment, you will be asked to set this up by giving the Assessment a Title and a Date so that you can easily identify and find it later.

You can then select the Assessment to be completed as a “Self-Assessment” or as a “360 Assessment”.

When you select “Self-Assessment” you will then go straight into “Start Assessment” and be taken through each question.

When you select “360 Assessment” you will be asked to set a date for when the Assessment will close, of if you want to keep this open.  This determines how long your contributors have to respond to your Assessment.

You will then be asked to create your list of Contributors from whom you will request feedback in the category that applies to them, ie, boss, colleague, friend, customer etc..  This involves inserting their first name, second name, and email address.

Once your list of Contributors is complete, you click on “Submit” and an email request with a secure link is sent out asking your Contributors to respond on your behalf.

You will then be asked to “Start Assessment” so that you can complete your own response and ratings.

How Do I Invite People to Contribute to My 360 Assessment?

Technically simple.  When setting up your “360 Assessment” you will be asked to select Contributors and place them into the appropriate group, ie, boss, colleague, friend, customer etc.

All you have to provide is their first name, second name, and their email address.  Please take some time to make sure these details are correct.

Once you have completed the list (and checked the details) you can click on “Submit” and your Contributors will automatically receive an email with a secure link inviting them to respond on your behalf.

What Do I Do With the Output from My Assessments?

You can do a Variety of Things.  The output from your Assessments will be insightful and often fascinating, however, it is what you then go and do with the data that will determine its long term value.

To help you with this, the CoachPro Smart System will interpret your Assessment Results to suggest, recommend and link you to content that will help you develop areas identified from your Assessment; the areas that you can maximise, and the areas that you could strengthen.

How Long Will It Take to Complete An Assessment?

Not long at all.  Each Assessment on CoachPro has been designed to take no more than 16 minutes to complete.  You may choose to take more time, but these assessments are set up to give you quick feedback and insight.

How Much Time Do I Give Contributors to Complete The Questions on My 360 Assessment?

You have some options on this.  You can set a deadline for completion that is either 7, 14, 21, or 28 days.  You can also leave the Assessment “Open” if you prefer.  In most cases we would recommend 14-21 days if that works for you.

What Happens Once I Invite Someone to Contribute to My 360 Assessment?

The wheels are set in motion.  Once you have completed your list and clicked on “Submit” each Contributor will receive an invite with a secure link to your Assessment from CoachPro (assessments@coachpro.online)

Once they have clicked on the link, they will be able to complete the assessment on your behalf and click “submit” on completion.

They will then receive an email confirmation and thank you on your behalf, while their feedback and comments will be automatically added to your overall Assessment.

Who Can I Invite as a Contributor to my 360 Assessment?

You can decide.  You can select Contributors from a range of categories such as Boss, Friend, Colleague, Customer, etc.

We recommend that you select Contributors who know you well enough in the context and purpose of the Assessment topic in order that they can give you a genuine, meaningful and considered rating.

Please avoid any pre-judgement over whether someone would be either positive or negative in their feedback and comments.  This should not be the determining factor.

How Many Contributors to My Assessment Should I Invite?

As many as you wish.  We recommend that you have, wherever possible, a minimum of 3-4 Contributors from each category (colleague, friend, customer, etc) so that you can get a fair average rating.

This may not be possible where you have 1 Boss for example, but in most categories try to have a minimum of 3-4 completed responses.

To have a minimum of 3-4 completed responses in a category, you may have to invite 5 Contributors, so please bare this in mind.

We also recommend that you work to a maximum of 8 Contributors in a category, in order that the feedback can be effectively qualified.  This may mean that you will have to select 8 Contributors from a larger group, so please give this some thought as to who would be able to offer the most meaningful feedback and comment.

How Do I View The Invitation and Reminder Emails That Were Sent to My Contributors?

Why Do I Have to Categorise My Contributors?

This helps you get the most out of your Assessment.  By receiving feedback in categories we can then present your results on number of levels; overall, by category of Contributor, and by Discipline or Behaviour.

Being able to compare how you have been scored by different categories of Contributor, you can see with which Groups you do really well with, and the Groups where you can look to improve.

How Do I Choose Which Category to Put Each Contributor?

Best to look for the most natural fit.  Most of these decisions will be obvious, but if not, choose what is closest to where you want the feedback to come from.  If you have a Contributor who fits more than one Category, then select the one that is most relevant to the topic and purpose of the Assessment.

Can Contributors Edit Their Feedback After Submitting It?

It’s locked in.  Once a Contributor has submitted their response it is automatically inserted into your Assessment Report and their responses cannot be edited or changed.

Can Contributors “Save” their progress and finish it later?

Yes they can.  They have a “Save” button to click on so that they can use the link they have been given on their invitation to return to the questionnaire where they left off.  Up until they click on “Submit” they can edit or change their responses.

We do recommend that the Contributors attempt to complete their responses in one visit in order to provide consistent feedback.  The Assessments are set up to take no more than 16 minutes to complete at most, so that a one visit completion is viable in most circumstances.

How Will Contributors Know Whether Their Feedback has been submitted successfully?

With thanks.  Once the Contributor completes their responses and clicks on “Submit” they will automatically receive a “Thank You” email confirming that their response has been received on your behalf.

How and When Can I Send Reminders?

Easily and Timely.  On the Assessment “Status” you will be able to see which Responses have still to be received, each with a “Send Reminder” option.  When you select this option, a polite email reminder is sent to that Contributor on your behalf.

We recommend that you only send one reminder, and only once they have had a reasonable period in which to respond, so that you do not annoy or pester your Contributor.  You might not want this to affect their responses to your assessment!

Can I Change or Edit Any of The Contributor’s Responses?

That would not work.  The purpose of receiving a Contributor’s response is to get their view.  It will therefore, not be helpful if you were able to change their responses.

Where Are The Invitation Emails Sent From?

Your selected Contributors will receive their invitation email direct from CoachPro on your behalf (assessments@coachpro.online)

What Happens if The Contributor Has a Firewall or Spam Filter That Blocks Emails from CoachPro?

This can happen on occasion.  We recommend that let your selected Contributors know in advance that they are going to receive an email invitation from assessments@coachpro.online so that they can list this as a recognised source.

If a selected Contributor has a work email address listed that has strict firewalls that they cannot get around, then you may ask them for an alternative email address.  You can then edit or change the email address listed and “resend” the invitation.

How Is The Feedback Calculated?

Carefully and Precisely.  Your Scores and Ratings are calculated and presented on a number of levels.

Your summary scores are presented as the average of all your contributors compared to your own self-assessment in each area of the assessment topic.

Your scores are then broken down by category of Contributor.  This is calculated as the average of all Contributor scores in each category, in each area of the assessment topic.

How Are The Coaching Recommendations Managed?

Individually and Specifically.  CoachPro provides you with recommended, suggested and linked content based upon the results from your Assessment Report.  These recommendations are derived from the results highlighted in your assessment report in terms of areas that you can maximise, and the areas that you might want to develop or strengthen.

What are Coaching Recommendations?

Helpful Guides for Your Development.  Based upon your activity on CoachPro, the output from your self-coaching sessions, and the results from your Assessments, we can provide you with recommended, suggested and linked content that will help you maximize on key strengths, and develop areas that you may want to improve on.

What Groups Can I Place My Contributors Into?

You Have Great Options; 8 to be exact.  When listing your selected Contributors, click on the drop-down menu to see the group categories available to you.  Decide upon the category that fits the Contributor best.  If a Contributor could fit into more than one category, then choose the category that is most relevant for the purpose of your assessment.

The Contributor Groups are:  Boss, Colleague, Friend, Customer, Supplier, Coach, Client, Family ????????

Why Should I Place My Contributors Into Groups?

For richer data and insight.  This allows you to see how each group views and assesses you.  With this level of insight you can then look at your areas of development with specific groups and not just in general.

How is a 360 Assessment Different From Personality Profiling?

It offers more insight into how you can develop.  Personality Profiles offer a way to place what or who you are in an objective way, and this can often be a helpful judgement or label.  A 360 assessment provides you with insight into how you can sometimes be, or be perceived by others, without defining you as being this all the time.  This open up the opportunity to develop, change or communicate in a way that can improve your performance and perception.

What Is The Ideal Number of Contributors to a 360 Assessment?

There is a variable range for this.

Wherever possible, it is recommended to have at least 3-4 Contributors from each Group so that the data you get back is rich and considered.  It is also recommended that you have no more than 8 Contributors from each Group so that the data you get back remains clear and valid.  There may however be some Groups that may have only a single contributor, such as “Boss”.

In terms of how many Groups of Contributors to have in any one assessment, you again have some choices.  Although you can have up to 8 Groups, we recommend that you keep to Groups that are most relevant to the topic and purpose of your assessment as this will keep your data, rich, considered, clear and valid.  But if all 8 Groups are relevant, then by all means you can have Contributors from all Groups.

What Is The Best Way To Select Contributors?

By Relevance.  Consider who can offer genuine and considered feedback that is relevant to the topic and purpose of your Assessment.  This will ensure that you get good quality data from Contributors who feel confident and knowledgeable enough to provide a rating and comment.  It is recommended that you avoid inviting potential Contributors who do not feel qualified or aware enough to comment on you in the context of the assessment topic.

How Much Does Each Assessment Cost?

Significantly Less than elsewhere.  The cost of the assessments on CoachPro typically ranges between 25-35 Credits.

How Do I Set Up A FREE Self-Coaching Session?

Quickly and Easily.  When you select a FREE Self-Coaching Session, you will be asked to name and date your session in order that you can identify and review it easily.  You will then “Begin Session” and be taken through a 16-point self-coaching session of structured questions.

Where Can I Access My Saved Self-Coaching Sessions?

Your Profile Page shows where all your saved Sessions and Purchased Content is filed for you to access and review at any time.

Do I Need to Be a Coach, or have Coaching Skills or Experience to Use the FREE Self-Coaching Sessions?

You are there to be Coached.  Whether you are an experienced Coach or whether you have never been coached, the CoachPro Coach16 process provides you with the structure and platform to self-coach to a professional level.  The system even captures the notes, produces a report, and provides recommendations, suggestions and links to further options.

What Languages are these Sessions Available In?

English only at the moment.  We do though have plans in place to extend this in future.

What Do I Do With the Output from My Self-Coaching Sessions?

You can do a Variety of Things.  The output from your Sessions will be insightful and often fascinating, however, it is what you then go and do with the data that will determine its long term value.

To help you with this, the CoachPro Smart System will interpret your Session Report to suggest, recommend and link you to content that will help you develop areas identified from your session; the areas that you can maximise, and the areas that you could strengthen.

How Many FREE Self-Coaching Sessions Can I Have?

You are unlimited.  The CoachPro Coach16 self-coaching process is fantastic for all the situations, opportunities, issues, events or matters than you will go through and want to achieve great results.  We welcome and encourage you to self-coach regularly as part of your continued development.

How Long Do The Self-Coaching Sessions Last?

You decide.  The CoachPro Coach16 process is a set of structured questions that you can answer using as few words as possible, or by going into as much depth as you want to.  There may be some self-coaching sessions that you focus on some basic or practical topics that see you run through the process in a few minutes.  There may also be some bigger stuff that you want to go into much more and so take more time to expand your answers, or to provide more detail.

What Can I Do If I Don’t Understand or Relate to the Question?

This is cool.  If at any point in any of your self-coaching sessions on CoachPro, you feel that the question put to you does not quite fit or resonate with you, then you can immediately click “change the question” to receive a better variation of the question.

How Do I Change My Password?

Easily. Select “Change Password” on your Profile Page, and choose something memorable.  Please remember to then “Save”.

How Do I Change My Email Address?

Quickly and Simply.  Select “Edit Profile” on your Profile Page, and amend any details of your Profile.  Please remember to then “Save”.

Can I Change the Language of the Site?

You will not be able to do this.  Not because you are not talented, but more because the site is only currently available in English.  We do have plans to develop this in future, but not yet.

Can CoachPro Sit On My Own Server?

This is not possible.  We are committed to controlling the independence and security of the CoachPro site, and so all content will remain on our servers.

How is My Development Roadmap Created?

This is cool. We are able to take the data from your activity on CoachPro and map this against the 8 key success development areas.  As you progress in each of these areas, your Roadmap responds to reflect your growth and development.

What Does This Roadmap Show Me?

Your Development and Growth.  Using your individual activity data on CoachPro, your Roadmap shows you how far you have developed so far in each of the 8 key success areas, and highlights the areas of opportunity for further growth.

How Do I Build My Roadmap?

This is Your Coaching Partner.  The CoachPro Smart System intelligently identifies your opportunities to maximise key strengths, and specific areas that you may wish to develop or improve.  The system is then able to recommend, suggest and link you to relevant content that matches your specific profile.

Does CoachPro Accept Submissions of Content From Other Coaches?
