Check-In

An immediate self-awareness opportunity to identify key areas of strength and areas of opportunity in which to learn more, or to set goals.

BOOK A DEMO

Start Right

A great place to begin the next stage of the self-development journey is to check-in with where you are at, and to connect with where you want to get to. This is a quick, simple and effective process to assess and identify your key areas of focus and opportunity.

Self-Assessment

Looking at the 8 key areas of growth and development, rate where you are today in each aspect to give a picture of where your strengths and areas for opportunity are, and also where any imbalance or spikes may be.

Ambition

Determine and rate where it is you want to be in the next 90 days in terms of each of the 8 key areas of growth and development to set your ambition. This will illustrate specifically where you want to make the biggest gains and reach the highest levels, and therefore where your next period of focus needs to be.

Prioritisation

With the systematic comparison of where you are against where you want to get to, you have an immediate identification of what you can prioritise in terms of your self-development. This clear illustration enables you to pinpoint where the quickest wins, and biggest gains will come from, and appreciate the areas in which you are already at your desired level.

Learn More

Having identified the areas that you want to focus on, you can choose to “learn more” about that topic or go ahead and set a goal. When you select “learn more” you are taken to a selection of coaching models, assessments, podcasts and programmes that provide insight, frameworks and insight into that topic.

Set Goals

Once you have identified your best areas of focus, or once you have chosen to “learn more” you can then “Set a Goal” for that topic. This goal-setting process provides you with all the structure, prompts and guidance required to set a clear and compelling goal to begin working towards.

Coach to Succeed

Completing the journey from “Check-in” to “Arrival” at your desired destination involves working through coaching sessions to develop the required levels of awareness, confidence, management and determination. These responsive sessions are designed to support you in achieving your goals through personal growth and ownership.
