Completing a Personal Learning Assessment significantly increases the levels of absorption and application from what has been learned and highlighted.
Each self-coaching session and assessment within a Programme forms an automatic report with the immediate opportunity to reflect and assess the output and results.

Programmes for Employees consist of a powerful blend of focused content and activity on a chosen topic or situation. Employees will be asked to complete in order a series of coaching sessions, self-assessments, models, 360-assessments and personal learning assessments to ensure that they develop a comprehensive and thorough understanding of the chosen topic or situation.

As the Programmes are comprehensive and thorough, it can take an Employee several visits to complete the series of coaching sessions, assessments and models required. The reward however is that Employees will have significantly increased their self-awareness, self-confidence, self-management and self-determination in their chosen topic or situation.

  • By searching on a topic or situation of interest
  • By selecting one of 8 key development areas
  • By choosing a recommended link from a report or assessment
  • By responding to feedback, ratings, or suggestion

As the Account Manager, you can message Employees directly from your Company Account, or you can communicate in any other format with recommendations, suggestions or directions towards specific programmes, topics or situations to work on.

Once an Employee completes a Programme they can rate that Programme and complete a “Personal Learning Assessment” designed to enhance the Employees’ absorption and application of their learning. These scores and ratings are automatically collated and captured in the Employees’ Performance Dashboard which can be shared or viewed in real-time.
