With over 70 key development measures, each supported with professional coaching tips and guidance, Employees can quickly identify and track areas of strength, focus and development opportunity.

Each of the measures, graphs and data points on the Employees’ own Performance Dashboard are supported with professional tips and guidance on how best to interpret, apply and respond to the scores and ratings.

This performance data remains securely on the Employee’s Personal Dashboard.

As the Account Manager, you can also view the summary data of each Employee Dashboard, but you will have to request that an Employee “shares” their session or assessment reports for more in-depth information.

Also, as the Account Manager, you will have access to an additional Company Performance Dashboard where the cumulative scores and ratings of all your Employees has been captured and collated in real-time.

As the Account Manager, you have access to the Company Performance Dashboard which captures and collates the cumulative scores and ratings of all your Employees in real-time.

You can also view a summary of an individual Employee’s Performance Dashboard to monitor activity and performance, however, to get more in-depth information on specific sessions or assessments you will have to request that the Employee “share” their session or assessment report.
